| Shared note | Notes from Geoff McKee: David EDDY was a witness to the marriage of Martin EDWARDS of Morvah and Amy BAMFIELD widow of Morvah 17 Feb 1792 Madron. Monumental Inscription at Morvah reads: In memory of David Eddy of this Parish who died the 5th of August 1795 aged 42 years. Also of David, his son, who died the 25th of August 1791 aged 2 years. Likewise of Sidwell, widow of David Eddy and wife of Hannibal Harry, who died the 21st of December 1817 aged 75 years. Also of Hannibal Harry who died the 11th of March 1838 aged 77 years. And also of Mary, daughter of Andrew and Charity Eddy, who died the 20th of December 1836 aged 7 years. |
