Shared note

Notes from David John & Lorraine Eddy: Bill as he was known, managed the Coolgardie Baths about the period 1910-1914. The supplier of this information, Mr. Rex Mitchell also believed Bill was a Town Counsellor and conducted a business in the town as well. Mr Mitchell also informed us that Bill had a son named Bill. Bill was badly gassed in the 1914-18 World War and collapsed and died in front of the Criterion Hotel, in Perth sometime between 1930-40 period. He and his brother Fred are buried together at Karrakatta Cemetery.
