I believe the following burial record is for this Rebecca: 18 Jan 1873, Pendeen, Rebecca Eddy, 83 of Calartha. Although she was boarding in Pz in 1871, she could have moved. Perhaps in her final years with health declining she moved in with a relative. The burial shows her as of Calartha, which is where her granddaughter Elizabeth lived (daughter of William) with husband Benjamin Rowe. In 1871 there are 2 boarders living with them, one of which is John B Eddy who I suspect to be John Boyns Eddy, Elizabeth's brother (although not sure why he was recorded as a boarder and not brother-in-law to Benjamin). Perhaps Rebecca moved in with her granddaughter.

I've been unable to find a baptism record for Rebecca. However, there was a couple, William and Margaret, that were recorded as having children baptised in St Just in the years immediately around 1790 when Rebecca would have been born. Also, as Margaret is a name given to a daughter of Rebecca's and 2 of her grandchildren, I think it quite likely that Rebecca was the child of William and Margaret.
